He replaced a door gasket/bellow to my Electrolux front-loading washing machine that had caught mold that would not come off no matter what I used for cleaners. I had ordered the part myself prior to his arrival, and after installation, he stayed to run an empty load to make sure it was working properly without leaks. He noticed there were suds forming even though we did not add any detergent & made some recommendations to help prevent mold from returning too quickly. He answered my questions, was courteous & efficient with his time. I would likely hire Tom's services again if needed. Thanks!

5 stars for operating a business with integrity. I called Ace Appliance to repair my 5 year old LG refrigerator. After the initial diagnosis, Greg came out to replace the compressor, however that did not resolve the issue. After several visits to our house over the course of two plus weeks, my wife and I gave up on trying to repair the refrigerator. Greg refunded our money. I appreciate his efforts with trying to fix the issues, and although unsuccessful with the repair, I appreciate the integrity of making it right by refunding us when they couldn't get the refrigerator running correctly. I would confidently use Ace again in the future because of the type of people they are.
