Called on a Thursday afternoon and was set up with an appointment for the next day. They called ahead of time to say they were on their way. Mitchell was very polite and professional. With a few questions for me he narrowed down the problem for the leak to a failing water pump. He had the parts on hand. Installed the new part. Checked all the drain and vent lines. Looked over the washing machine for any other problems. Took the time to run a test cycle. He took the time to clean up any water that was left over from the leak. Excellent service and the price was in line with what I expected it to be. I will be calling them with my future repair needs.

I had a great experience today with their Technician named Tom. He replaced a door gasket/bellow to my Electrolux front-loading washing machine that had caught mold that would not come off no matter what I used for cleaners. I had ordered the part myself prior to his arrival, and after installation, he stayed to run an empty load to make sure it was working properly without leaks. He noticed there were suds forming even though we did not add any detergent & made some recommendations to help prevent mold from returning too quickly. He answered my questions, was courteous & efficient with his time. I would likely hire Tom's services again if needed. Thanks!
