Of course a week before my BIG vacation my Dryer stops working. It was very important I get this unit operational immediately. I called several places only to be told that they couldn't even get to my residence for a week and they wanted $140.00 for a lousy estimate. I eventually found ACE APPLIANCE REPAIR. The gentleman who answered the phone was very courteous and professional. They were able to send a technician that same day and only charge $90.00 for the estimate. The gentlemen even arranged for the tech to arrive at a time that was convenient for me. The technician, JORDAN, arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained the issues and cost, but he didn't stop there. He gave my entire Dryer the "once over" and fixed several other issues at no cost to me. His attitude was "We like to make everything perfect for our customers so they won't need a tech again." I was pleased with the finished product and I would absolutely use them again.

We had an oven door that would only open about 2 inches and was stuck. The Ace Appliance Repairman came and was very pleasant and professional. He got right to work assessing the problem with my oven door and was very careful with the glass front. After getting the parts he returned to reassemble the hinges and door quickly! We will certainly use this appliance service again if we need to.
